Club Bio Club Officers
    The Orlando Radio Control Helicopter Society was started in 1988 to promote the sport of R/C helicopter building and flying. We are an open club with a membership ranging from beginners to experts. Help is available from all members on all facets of the hobby. Our East Side Flying Site is Orlando Speed World on Route 50 in Bithlo, FL. Our West Side Flying Site is the Winter Garden Reclamation Area located on Ocoee Apopka Rd. between West McCormick Rd. and West Rd. Note: this location is gate locked, so please contact a member to let you in if you are interested in visiting. A waiver has to be signed before flying is allowed at this site. The meetings are held on the third Tuesday of the month at the Fashion Square Mall. Meetings consist of a short business discussion followed by a technical question and answer session and an informative show and tell. Our normal fly-in day is the Sunday following the meeting if held on Tuesday. Join us and enjoy the sport with others who share your interest in these fascinating machines! When visiting the Orlando area, AMA members are welcome to come fly with us. Contact a club member and we'll meet you at the field to do some flying.
